Charles P. Roberson, Sr. born September 26, 1966, as the youngest son of Willie M. and Mary T. Roberson in Savannah, Georgia. Pastor Roberson was raised in a Christian home and was taken to Church at a very young age by his parents. At the age of 23, Pastor Roberson accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior and began to seek God’s plan for his life. Shortly after his conversion and while attending College, Pastor Roberson accepted the call to ministry. He was a member of First African Baptist Church of East Savannah.
After a period of training, Pastor Roberson was licensed and ordained to Ministry He received his initial training under his Pastor, Rev. Thomas E. Williams, of First African Baptist Church of East Savannah. Pastor Roberson attended the public schools of Chatham County and is a proud graduate of "Savannah High School 's Class of 1985. After High School, Pastor Roberson continued his education at Savannah State University (Business Administration), Morehouse School of Religion Extension School, Covington Theological Seminary, and New Generation Theological Seminary.
Pastor Roberson has a Bachelors’ Degree, Masters of Ministry, and Doctorate of Divinity Degree. In 1990, Pastor Roberson was called to pastor Mount Hermon Baptist Church , Savannah , Georgia. Pastor Roberson served Mount Hermon for 12 years and led the congregation to a phenomenal growth, both spiritually and numerically. In 2000, Pastor Roberson realized a need for Spiritual Covering and became a member of Covenant Fellowship International. He is in full covenant with Bishop Vaughn McLaughlin and the Potter's House Christian Fellowship, Jacksonville, Florida. Covenant Fellowship serves as a ministry covering for pastors and ministry leaders across the nation and abroad.
Today, Charles P. Roberson Sr. is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Kingdom Life Christian Fellowship. Kingdom Life is a dynamic and rapidly growing ministry focusing on empowering believers to accomplish their Kingdom Purpose. September 2001, the Ministry of Kingdom Life began. Kingdom Life continues to expand and serve the City of Savannah and the surrounding communities with the message of Salvation and Kingdom. Within a short time, God blessed Kingdom Life to own two locations on Savannah’s Southside. This ministry is thriving to impact the community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Kingdom Life has been instrumental in the area of Economic Development. Many members of the ministry have been sparked to start their own businesses and develop existing businesses because of the tools of empowerment offered and shared by the ministry. Pastor Roberson also started the Kingdom Life Bible Institute in 2001. The Bible Institute is committed to training and equipping Christian leaders for the 21st Century.
In addition to being the Senior Pastor of Kingdom Life Christian Fellowship, Pastor Roberson is also the Founder of Kingdom Life Ministries and travels the nation preaching the Gospel, conducting workshops, and sharing the message and good news of the Kingdom of God.
Pastor's pride and joy is his family. Pastor Roberson is happily married to Yolanda (Cole) Roberson. They have been married for the past 15 years. Pastor and Lady Yolanda have been blessed with two wonderful children, (Charles Jr. & Channah Patrice). Pastor Roberson, along with his wife Lady Yolanda, lead the dynamic ministry of "Kingdom Life" and they are models for families and marriages to many at Kingdom Life and abroad. Pastor's passion is preaching and teaching the principles of the “Kingdom of God ".
